Lunch: Small salad w/ blue cheese dressing; a handful of pretzels; Berry Boost smoothie from Boathouse Farms
Dinner: Taco ensalada; chips & salsa; large mixed ice cream cone
Exercise: 1:00 jump rope; 30 crunches; 1:00 plank
I woke up late & had to feed a friend’s pets before work at noon, so I only got a very small workout in. Then I went out for dinner on a not-date, so meh. Oh well.
